Every order is confirmed 5–7 days in advance. This gives us time to bake, hand-paint, assemble and box your cake without rushing the details. Seasonal dates like Eid, Ramadan and Valentine's Day book up fast, so the earlier you reach out, the better.

Yes — a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and lock in your date. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or before delivery. Exact amounts are shared once your design and price are finalized.

Both are available. Pickup is arranged from our home kitchen in Dhaka at a confirmed time slot. Local delivery can be arranged for an additional fee depending on distance — just let us know your address when you enquire.
